China determined to maintain long lead in pollution free automobile industry

Beijing, Oct.  11, GNA – The People’s Republic of China is poised to maintain lead in the automobile manufacturing industry as it emphatically introduce robust and Eco-friendly line of vehicles to the world.   

Its distribution channels cut across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa where patrons are introduced to quality, luxurious, commercial, heavy-duty vehicles, combustible and electronics vehicles.   

Mr Yuan Chenxue, the Director of Government Affairs, President’s Office, at BYD, a Chinese car manufacturing company, who conducted a team of media practitioners and political party representatives drawn from about 22 countries on the invitation of the International Department Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), said the company was poised to maintain its lead with quality products in the Electronic Vehicles trade in the world.  

He took the delegation round the company’s manufacturing chain for them to observe, gather and report as part of efforts to present the new phase of China, it’s development progress and its openness to the world to enhance more bilateral engagements and economic prospecting.   

At the BYD company, the delegation was conducted through various manufacturing points, types of vehicles, new models and inventions, and its mastery business of now moving more into electronic vehicles manufacturing.   

The participants had the leverage of understanding how BYD conducted its business with states, companies, and individuals in the world from catalogues of flexible business friendly terms.   

Mr Chenxue told the delegation that “BYD is now the world’s biggest EV company. We sold 2.25M whole EVs in 2025, becoming the highest selling company in the world with moderate to luxurius-hybrids and affordable quality EVs”.  

He explained that BYD currently has more than five brands on the world market with three new Luxurious designed brands to be introduced onto the market soon.  He however declined to give details of the new brands citing company policy demands.   

He mentioned the BYD Dynasty as its flagship series, Yangwang, Denza, and Fang Cheng Bao as some of the existing brand vehicles produced by the company.   

He said the company launched two additional models, the Seal 06 GT (hatch) & Seal 06 DM-i Wagon with exquisite features fitted with second generation blade battery that comes with the quickest charging speed of 10 per cent to 70 per cent charge time in 5 minutes, and 10% to 97% charge time in 9 minutes.   

The other car manufacturing company the team visited was the manufacturers of Xiaomi electric vehicles, which specialises in the production of new energy vehicles, with its core models as the Xiaomi SU7 all-electric sedan, the Xiaomi YU7 all-electric SUV, and the high-performance Xiaomi SU7 Ultra.  

An official of the company, Ms Ding Nan, who conducted members of the delegation round said the company produced about 1500 assorted vehicles daily for export and local sales.   

She explained that the latest model of its sports vehicles, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, was turbo powered with fantastic performance comparable to the world selling luxurious vehicles (such as cardilac, and Ferari) with a speed of 350kmph.  

Some of the delegates were treated to test drive rides on the SU7 Ultra. A Cameroonian delegate, Mr Jude Viban said, “This vehicle has sterling performance, and gives fantastic crave for repeated ride.”   

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra vehicle is a smart, (EV) latest production from the company yet to be released onto the market with a moderate price of between $75,000-$85,000 which is far below prices of the laud luxurious world sporty selling vehicles.   

China is all out to prove to the world that she is eager to lead the world in everything technology, and strictly complying with acceptable rules on industrial practices to minimise pollution and improve climate change, hence its plan to move more into affordable electronic vehicle manufacturing.
