Accra, Sept. 18, GNA – The Ghana Police Service has declared wanted Barbara Asantewaa Kodua, also known as “Ghana Jolof,” a TicToker, for inciting violence through the publishing and circulating of false news.
A flyer shared by the Police with the Ghana News Agency said the 40-year-old was last seen on August 4, 2026, and believed to be hiding in the United Kingdom.
Meanwhile, a senior nurse, Salomey Awiti Bafoh, alleged to have led ‘Ghana Jollof’ to publish the false information, has been remanded for two weeks by an Accra Circuit Court.
Ghana Jollof is alleged to have insulted President John Dramani Mahama in her social media publications.
The police urged members of the public with information on her whereabouts to report to the nearest police station.
