Koforidua, Sept. 30, GNA – Mama Atseshi I, Queen Mother of the Ave-Afiadenyigba (Dzayime) Traditional Council in the Volta Region, has urged exhibitors and participating organisations at the 2026 Eastern Regional Expo to focus on practical solutions to challenges confronting the region.
She said expos provided opportunities for businesses, institutions, development partners and other stakeholders to showcase their products and services, exchange knowledge and identify solutions to development challenges.
Mama Atseshi I, known in private life as Mrs Eunice Anumah, an Accra-based contractor and Director of Cmativents Company Limited, made the call in an interview with the Ghana News Agency on the sidelines of the Expo in Koforidua.
“Expos provide important platforms for businesses, institutions, development partners and other stakeholders to showcase their products and services, share ideas through structured discussions and identify practical solutions to scientific, social and environmental problems,” she said.
The Queen Mother encouraged residents of the Eastern egion and the public to visit the Expo to explore opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business development.
She said such engagements could contribute to the growth and development of the region.
Mama Atseshi I was contracted by the Eastern Regional Coordinating Council (ERCC) to manage and decorate the Expo grounds.
Her responsibilities included installing 380 booths and stands with canopies for exhibitors.
