Nkwanta (O/R), Sept. 1, GNA – Mr Richard Kwame Nayo, a long-serving Assembly Member in the Nkwanta South Constituency, has declared his intention to contest the NDC Youth Organiser position, pledging to champion youth empowerment and strengthen the party’s grassroots structures.
He believes empowering young people through skills training, opportunities and active participation in the party would strengthen the NDC’s grassroots structures and improve its prospects in the constituency.
Mr Nayo, who has built a reputation for accessibility and commitment to community service, said he was seeking to lead the youth with a vision focused on empowerment and strengthening the party’s base.
He described himself as an experienced and approachable leader who understood the challenges facing young people, having worked closely with community members over the years.
Mr Nayo, also Assembly Member for the Nsana Zongo Electoral Area, said his commitment to youth development, including support for sporting activities and skills initiatives, positioned him as a strong candidate to lead the youth wing.
He appealed to delegates and the youth for their support as he sought to bring his experience and grassroots leadership to the NDC Youth Organiser position in the constituency.
