Accra, Aug. 9. GNA – The Speaker of Parliament Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin is leading GITFiCs advocacy for a global debt Initiative.
“In an endorsement recording, the Speaker laid down his strategies and implementation plans for the needed action”.
A statement issued by the GITFIC and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said the Speaker will this year invite all African Speakers, Presidents of Parliament and Parliamentarians to attend the 10th GITFiC Annual Meeting slated for October 14th and 15th in Accra.
This, according to the statement would be done in his capacity as the Chairman for the Conference of Speakers and Presidents of African Legislatures (CoSPAL) to take decisive action.
