President Mahama visits Bob Marley Museum in Kingston, Jamaica

Accra, Aug. 05, GNA – As part of his historic official visit to the Caribbean Island nation of Jamaica, President John Dramani Mahama paid a visit to the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston. 

The President, who was accompanied by his host, the Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Michael Holness, during the visit shared a heartwarming video call with Cedella Marley, Chief Executive Officer of the Bob Marley Group of Companies, and Dr Alferita “Rita” Marley, the Queen of Reggae and wife of the late global music icon Bob Marley. 

They exchanged warm greetings, blessings, and love in a beautiful moment that reflected the spirit of family, unity, and the enduring bonds between Jamaica and Ghana. 

The visit was a meeting of history, heritage, and shared cultural legacy between Ghana and Jamaica. 

As the home of Bob Marley, the Museum continues to serve as a place where global leaders and visitors alike reflect on the powerful legacy of unity, liberation, and peace that continues to inspire the world.
