He noted that finding a trustworthy mechanic during such situations could be difficult, particularly in unfamiliar locations, resulting in delays, safety concerns, and additional costs for motorists.
According to him, AutoPadi bridges that gap by creating a reliable digital marketplace that links car owners with vetted and skilled mechanics across the country.
“AutoPadi is more than just an app. It is a solution designed to bring peace of mind to motorists by ensuring help is only a few clicks away whenever a vehicle develops a fault,” Mr Tekpenor said.
He explained that mechanics registered on the platform undergo a verification process to ensure users receive quality and dependable services.
Mr Tekpenor added that by joining the AutoPadi network, mechanics would also benefit from increased visibility and access to a broader customer base, helping them grow their businesses while enhancing service standards within the automotive repair industry.
He expressed confidence that the platform would contribute significantly to improving roadside assistance services and reducing the frustration often associated with vehicle breakdowns.
The launch of AutoPadi app which available on google play and apple store marks a step forward in leveraging technology to solve everyday transportation challenges, with the platform expected to provide convenience, reliability, and quicker access to professional automotive support for motorists.
