Accra, Aug 25, GNA – Africa NeuroCare and NeuroResearch Initiative (ANNI) Inc., a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation, is expanding its international network of researchers, healthcare professionals, advisers and community advocates to advance neurological health equity.
The organisation, in a statement copied to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday, said the expansion was part of efforts to strengthen collaboration in neurological research, education, community outreach, data development and cross-sector partnerships, with particular attention to underserved populations.
ANNI Inc. said it was building a research-driven platform focused on neurological research, education, community outreach, data development and cross-sector partnerships as part of its mission to advance neurological health equity.
The organisation’s growing international community, supported by its leadership, Board of Directors and scientific advisers, are advancing research collaboration, community outreach and organisational initiatives.
“What began as a personal journey has grown into a collective mission. ANNI is bringing together people who believe that research, collaboration and community action can help create a more equitable future for brain health,” said Christina Gaisie, Founder of ANNI Inc.
ANNI is also preparing for its 1st International Research Conference on Neurohealth, scheduled for February 19, 2027, in Irvine, California.
According to the organisation, the hybrid conference will convene researchers, clinicians, policymakers and advocates to discuss innovation, strategic decision-making and global neurological equity.
ANNI said it advances neurological health equity through evidence-based research, awareness, education, community initiatives and strategic partnerships.
