Accra, Aug 11, GNA- Mr Abdulai Kponguu Junnoo, Chairman of Upper West Media watch has described Mr Abu K Kansangbata as a competent and hardworking leader with exceptional leadership skills, humility, integrity and intelligence,.

In a statement copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra, Mr Junnoo said Mr Kansangbata supported people quietly without going around spreading stories about what he had done for them.
