Accra, July 14, GNA – SparkLife International has graduated a group of young women who successfully completed its six-week “Rise in You Leadership Training Programme” in the Oti Region.
The programme formed part of the organisation’s efforts to empower young women and nurture transformational leaders capable of contributing to sustainable community and national development, driving positive change.
The training focused on building participants’ leadership capacity through practical knowledge, skills development and personal empowerment.
Each participant received a certificate of completion in recognition of successfully undertaking the leadership programme.
The graduates were also presented with official SparkLife International T-shirts as symbols of their commitment to leadership, service, empowerment and community transformation.
Mr Destiny Selormey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SparkLife International, said topics covered under the programme included leadership development, personal growth, effective communication, teamwork, goal setting, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, ethical leadership and community engagement.
He encouraged participants to recognise their potential, embrace their strengths and commit themselves to serving their communities with integrity, compassion and purpose.
Mr Selormey said the programme combined mentorship, practical discussions, group exercises and shared experiences to help participants develop the confidence and mindset required for effective leadership.
He commended the participants for their dedication and commitment and congratulated them on the successful completion of the training.
The graduation ceremony provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their personal growth and the lessons learnt throughout the programme.
The graduates pledged to apply the knowledge and leadership skills acquired to positively impact their families, schools, workplaces and communities.
SparkLife International said empowering young women with leadership skills created a ripple effect that strengthened families, transformed communities and promoted sustainable development.
The organisation noted that investing in young women today would help nurture future leaders who would champion social justice, gender equality and inclusive development.
It said the successful implementation of the Rise in You Leadership Training Programme reaffirmed its commitment to transforming lives through education, leadership development and community empowerment.
The organisation expressed optimism about expanding the initiative to reach more young women across Ghana and beyond, enabling them to unlock their potential and become leaders capable of creating lasting positive impact.
