Aspiring NPP Organiser pledges to reorganise party’s grassroots base

Takoradi, July 23, GNA – Mr Frederick Korankye, an Aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) Western Regional Organiser, has pledged to work hard and reorganise the party’s grassroots base in the region, to help secure victory for the NPP in the 2028 general election.  

Speaking in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he stated that the party’s organisational structure would focus on mobilising grassroots support and promised to ensure strategic leadership, to make the NPP attractive to the people ahead of the election.   

He said: “As an Organiser, you are the engine and operational commander of the party, so you have to make it attractive through strategic leadership and send it to the people and galvanise their support.” 

Mr Korankye said he would liaise with the party’s research team to understand the dynamics of voters to craft specific messages to make the party vibrant at the grassroots level.   

He said as a former Municipal Chief Executive (DCE) for Amenfi East, he had the acquired extensive leadership and organisational experience to deliver on his mandate when given the opportunity to become the NPP Western Regional Organiser.  

He said: “We need someone who has led and managed people before, and I have all these experiences to lead our party as the Regional Organiser so that I can help turn our electoral fortunes around in 2028.”
