Accra, May 26, GNA – Exhibitors and industry professionals are expected to converge at the Legacy Expo 2026, an event celebrating a decade of innovation, growth and transformation within Africa’s beauty and wellness industry.
The event is being organised by Beauty, Cosmetics and Wellness West Africa and is scheduled to take place from June 3 to 5, 2026, at the UPSA Auditorium in Accra.
It will bring together leading brands, entrepreneurs, investors, creatives and policymakers from across Africa and beyond.
Formerly known as the Africa Makeup and Beauty (AMB) Fair, the platform has, since its inception in 2016, grown into one of Africa’s leading trade exhibitions for the beauty, cosmetics and wellness sectors.
“The 2026 edition is expected to host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 1,000 industry professionals and stakeholders, including participants from countries such as South Korea, Dubai, Egypt, Turkey, Nigeria and India,” a release copied to the Ghana News Agency said on Tuesday.
Activities lined up for the event include discount sales for students and professionals, business networking sessions and business-to-business matchmaking opportunities.
The Expo will also feature high-level panel discussions on industry trends, innovation and sustainability, start-up pitch sessions, product exhibitions and live demonstrations by global and local brands.
The organisers said the event would create a platform where ideas, innovation and investment converge to shape African brands.
“With strategic partnerships spanning international markets, including collaboration between Makeup Ghana and the ACE Group of India and Dubai, the Expo continues to position Ghana as a key gateway for trade and investment within the ECOWAS region,” the release stated.
It said the Legacy Expo 2026 would remain free for attendees, offering access to exclusive deals, industry insights and networking opportunities.
