Atebubu, (Bono East) March 17, GNA-The Atebubu College of Education in the Bono East Region has held its 18th matriculation with the admission of 381 freshers for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Addressing the freshers at a ceremony at Atebubu, Dr Samuel Addae Boateng, the Principal of the College congratulated them on their admission and urged them to remain studious.

He reminded the students that they were at the college to secure a degree in Basic Education, asking them to concentrate on that and avoid unhealthy behaviours and acts of lawlessness that could truncate their vision.
“Be time conscious and always dress modestly” Dr Boateng advised the freshers, saying that the college was highly driven by ethical principles.

He said the institution cherished good governance, accountability and transparency and urged the students to comply with its code of conduct.

Dr Boateng said that: “We have developed policies to ensure efficient management and administration of the college” and expressed the hope that freshers would take their studies seriously.
