The elephant family will be the ultimate winner-Frimpong Kodua

Accra, Jan. 31, GNA – The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Justin Frimpong Kodua, has commended the conduct of the party’s ongoing presidential primary, describing the process as smooth and peaceful across the country.

Speaking to reporters at the Party’s headquarters in Accra, after receiving updates from various constituencies, Mr. Kodua said reports indicated that the exercise had been orderly, with delegates turning out in large numbers to cast their ballots without incident.

He emphasised that the peaceful nature of the polls reflected the maturity of the party’s grassroots and their commitment to democratic values.

“The reports we have received so far show that the primary has been conducted in a very smooth and peaceful manner. The winner, as always, will be the elephant,” Mr. Kodua stated, reaffirming the party’s symbol as a unifying force.

The General Secretary expressed appreciation to the Electoral Commission, security agencies, and party officials for ensuring transparency and calm throughout the process.

He urged members to continue to uphold unity and discipline as the party prepares for the upcoming general elections.
