Accra, Jan. 11, GNA- Police Ladies Football Club were held to a 1–1 draw by LadyStrikers in a league encounter at the Jukwa Astro Turf.
The match, which formed part of Police Ladies’ ongoing league campaign, was played on Saturday, January 10, 2026, with kick-off at 1500 hours, and ended level at full time.
Both teams delivered disciplined and well-organised performances, showing commitment and teamwork throughout the contest.
Rita Boamah, a midfielder for Police Ladies, was named Player of the Match after an impressive display that anchored her side’s performance.
The encounter was played in a peaceful and orderly atmosphere, with no incidents reported during or after the match.
