Ajumako (C/R), Jan 04, GNA- Presiding Elder of the Ajumako Eshiem Assembly of the Church of Pentecost, Elder Francis Yawson, has called on believers of Christ to have hope and faith in the year 2026, emphasising the unwavering presence and support of God.

He said even though adversities were inevitable, the future was bright because God would not forsake His people, citing Isaiah 43:1.

Delivering his new year message during at a church service, Elder Yawson emphasised that the Lord was always with His people, and that should give them the courage to face any challenges ahead.

The service was characterised by ecstasy, as the congregation, mostly clad in white, sang and danced triumphantly to praise their God for the New Year.

“God is poised to turn things around in favour of His people. This should give all of us reason to be optimistic and hopeful, regardless of your current circumstances,” he said.

“In a world filled with uncertainties, be reminded that you are not alone; God is always with us, guiding and directing our paths,” he stressed.

As the congregation dispersed, many were visibly uplifted, their faces beaming with renewed hope and confidence.
