Accra, Oct. 24, GNA – Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has expressed sadness over the demise of the former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings.
The Vice President in a statement, described the former first lady Mrs Agyeman-Rawlings, as a true icon and would be remembered for her service to Ghana.
She extended her deepest condolences to her children and family, and “I wish her a peaceful rest.”
The sad news of the demise of the former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings was confirmed by the family, explaining that she passed away in the early hours of Thursday, October 23, 2025.
