Accra, Sept. 24, GNA- Platinum Impex Limited in partnership with the Ghana TVET Service has unveiled “Sigma for TVET” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative in Accra.
The “Sigma for TVET” CSR initiative is a programme aimed at empowering technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Ghana.
The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between industry needs and the skills offered by TVET graduates in the country.
Madam Marie D. Sam, the Marketing Manager at Platinum Impex Limited, was speaking at the unveiling of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative during the inaugural Platinum Dealers Day on the theme: “Powering Growth Together.”
Attendees will participate in comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge, sales strategies, and advanced technical skills, led by Platinum Impex and our manufacturers.
She said the event was dedicated to strengthening their partnerships, celebrating brand’s growth, and reaffirming commitment to the Ghanaian community.
She said the programme would provide training, resources, and support to TVET institutions to improve their curriculum and prepare students for the demands of the modern workforce.
“From January 2026, for every Sigma Appliance purchased, consumers will be donating towards the “Sigma for TVET” initiative,” she added.
The Marketing Manager said through the initiative, Sigma aimed to contribute to Ghana’s economic development by creating a skilled and sustainable workforce.

Eric Kofi Adzroe, Director General for Ghana TVET commeded the Management of Platinum Impex Limited for the initiative that would training these young ones to enable them contribute to the development of the economy.
