Dambai (O/R), Sept 09, GNA- Mr. Adamu Sako, the Krachi Municipal Director of the Youth Employment Authority, together with 35 Community Police Assistants (CPAs) and eight Community Fire Assistants, have paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Safo Nketia, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE).
They also visited executive members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Krachi East Constituency.
The visit was to express gratitude for the opportunity to serve their communities.
Mr. Nketia reaffirmed the government’s commitment to empowering the youth through the YEA and commended the Ghana Police Service for their training.
Mr. Nketia and Mr. Abdulrahman Sulemana, the Krachi Constituency Chairman, urged the graduates to serve with humility and integrity.
They emphasised the importance of dedication and hard work in their roles as community assistants.
The CPAs and CFAs expressed gratitude to the Member of Parliament (MP), the MCE and the leadership of the NDC in Krachi East Constituency for the opportunity to serve their community.
The assistants thanked the leaders for selecting them for the program and assured them of their commitment to abide by the service code of conduct and dedicating themselves to their work.
They again pledged to serve with diligence and integrity, upholding the values of their roles and contributing to the development of their community.
