Dambai (O/R), Aug 13, GNA – A group of DRIP Coordinators from the nine Municipal and District Assemblies (MDAs) in the Oti Region, led by Mr. George Kwasi Binbi, have paid a courtesy visit to the Oti Regional Minister, Mr. John Kwadwo Gyapong.
The meeting aimed to introduce the newly appointed DRIP Coordinators and discuss ways to strengthen the DRIP programme and derive its full utility to the region.
The Regional Minister emphasised the need for routine maintenance of DRIP equipment to ensure durability and efficiency.
Mr. Gyapong cautioned the coordinators to be transparent in their duties and stressed the importance of teamwork, discipline, and mutual respect.
The Minister advised the coordinators to respect their respective Municipal and District Chief Executives (MDCEs) and work together to bring lasting benefits to the people of Oti.
Mr. Binbi, said the DRIP coordinators would ensure effective maintenance of DRIP equipment.
His assurance justifies the team’s loyalty to the success of the DRIP programme and their dedication to ensuring the equipment is properly maintained to benefit the people of Oti Region.
The meeting marked the beginning of a collaborative effort to make the DRIP programme a success in the Oti Region and with teamwork and discipline, the region is poised to make significant progress and improve the lives of its citizens.
