By Isaac Kwaku Gyedu

Wiawso (WN/R), June 6, GNA – Mr Petty Brentum, the Western North Regional Minister, has extended his goodwill message to all Muslims celebrating Eid-Ul-Adha in the region.

He said: “Today marks an important milestone in another Islamic fate ,Eid-Ul-Adha of sacrifice, otherwise known as feast of sacrifice where Allah commands Abraham (Ibrahim) to sacrifice his son Ishmael.

“This festival also marks the culmination of the annual pilgrimage to the Holy land of Mecca.”

He said it had always been the norm that Muslims gathered in their numbers during this occasion to give thanks to the Almighty Allah for seeing them successfully through the Ramadan.

Mr Brentum asked all Muslims to use the occasion to continue living decent lives and be guided by the principles of the Holy month.

He appealed to them to continue to pray for mother Ghana, especially for the leaders, to be guided by wisdom, peace, and strength to help develop the country.
