Juaboso (WN/R), June 6, GNA – Mr Alexander Adu Quist, the Juaboso District Chief Executive (DCE), in the Western North Region has extended well wishes to all Muslims in Ghana, especially those in the district as they celebrate Eid-Ul-Adha.
On the Holy occasion of the Eid, the DCE on behalf of the Juaboso District Assembly, prayed for Allah to fill their hearts with happiness, and homes with peace.
He said: “It is for the Muslim believers to thank Allah for giving them the chance and strength to carry out His commands during the blessed months of Ramadan.”
Mr Quist urged them to continue praying to help maintain the peace and stability, and tolerance and togetherness among Ghanaians, especially in the Muslim communities.
He appealed to them to celebrate humbly and solemnly with the fear of Allah by respecting the laws of the country saying; “Use this to also pray for the nation for peace and development.”
