National Executive Council of COMOG congratulates Muslim ministers

Accra, Jan. 26, GNA – The National Executive Council of the Coalition of Muslim Organisations Ghana (COMOG) has congratulated Muslims appointed to various ministerial positions by President John Dramani Mahama.  

It expressed optimism that with dedication, expertise, and effective leadership they would add value to Islam and to Ghana as a whole. 

“May Allah guide and bless you as you undertake this noble responsibility to serve our nation,” a statement signed by Hajj Abdel-Manan Abdel-Rahman, COMOG President, copied to the Ghana News Agency, said on Saturday.  

“We pray that your tenure will be marked by wisdom, justice, and compassion. May you continue to be a source of inspiration and pride for the Muslim Community and our nation.” 

The statement expressed the Council’s unwavering support to the appointees for their success, recognising the enormity of responsibility that came with those roles.  

“We are committed to helping you succeed in your new duties. May Allah grant you the strength, wisdom, and courage to excel in your roles.” 

It expressed the hope that their leadership roles would have a positive impact on society with remarkable achievements.
