HDG Homes, Turkish firm to build luxury apartments at Kumasi Airport City

Accra, Dec. 12, GNA – HDG Homes, a leading real estate and investment management company in Ghana, has partnered with Miller Holding, a prominent Turkish construction firm, to develop luxury apartments and penthouses in Kumasi, in the Ashanti region.

A statement copied to the Ghana News Agency stated that the development was to transform the area and enhance the overall quality of life for residents in Kumasi. 

Known as the Kensington Heights, the development located close to the Prempeh I International Airport,is expected to redefine the living experience in Kumasi and contribute to accelerating economic growth in the region.

It comprises suites, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, sky suites and penthouses – offering residents the convenience of connecting to any part of the world right from the comfort of their homes.

The 15-storey Kensington Heights will include four distinctive apartment blocks offering unparalleled 360-degree panoramic airport and city views, modern living spaces, and a range of exclusive amenities.

It would comprise rooftop gardens, ground gardens and green parks, large swimming pools, gym and yoga centres, business lounges, children’s playgrounds, marts, cafes, and backup utilities.

The Chief Executive Officer of HDG Homes Mr. Stephen Owusu, signed the partnership agreement with the Board Chairman of Miller Holding, Mr. Mert Mildon.

Mr Owusu said the residential development would propel growth and opportunity for Kumasi and the country at large. 

“The proximity of the apartment blocks to the airport ensures seamless connectivity, making it a strategic location for both residents and businesses,” he said.

He noted that the development formed part of the Airport City Kumasi, which featured luxury homes for families, hotels, premium shopping centres, restaurants, a medical centre, a cinema, a strip mall and parks.
