Mr. Dugah, in an interview with the Ghana News Agency, urged all eligible voters to rally behind him to gather massive votes to represent the area in the parliament for more development projects.

“My vision is to engage, educate, and support our farmers, create and expand markets available to them to ensure that they are able to sell their produce as soon as it gets harvested and stored whatever remains for future use,” he stated.

He blamed the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of neglecting the people of Keta for many years with few or no development projects that could have changed the living condition of the constituents for the better.

He further suggested that the 1992 Constitution should be amended or reviewed “since it only benefits the NPP and the NDC and these two parties are not ready to change it; we need an alternative which can give independent candidates, who are not affiliated to the ‘Duka Daya’ parties to be elected as parliamentarians.”

He said the Keta Constituency has been lagging neg others in Ghana in the areas of socioeconomic development projects, education, health, sports among others which needed to be reset with immediate urgency.

He said: “With my research so far, I am poised to build Keta on seven pillars which include culture, Sports, Education, Agriculture, Tourism, Entrepreneurship and health to change the narratives and give hope to my people.”

Mr. Dugah also highlighted that sports which include football, athletic, basketball and Volleyball and other sporting events would be promoted to unearth many talents and skills in the youth for brighter and better future to impact positively on the society.

He said plans were in place to mentor and help more senior high school graduates from Keta and beyond to access the scholarship funding for their tertiary education every year through Tertiary Opportunity Network (TOP) to help promote education in the areas.

He pledged to lobby and bring more development projects to Keta constituency and urged all eligible voters to vote massively for change, progress and many others.
