Sofia, Aug. 26 (BTA/GNA) – Bulgarian folk dancing and cuisine will be part of Le Village International de la Gastronomie in the Trocadero Gardens, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, on September 1-4.
This is the fifth edition of the event, showcasing the countries’ identities through their traditional cuisine, artisan culture and music. It is a place for cultural, economic and tourism contacts among the participating countries, the organizers say.
The event features tasting sessions, food catering corners, handcrafted products, costumes, concerts and shows from more than 35 countries.
Bulgaria’s Zora dance ensemble will give a concert in the Trocadero Square and Chef Pisanov will cook traditional Bulgarian dishes.
