Akyem Oda(E/R), April 26, GNA – Oda Kotoku Royals FC dropped vital points at home in the Division One League, zone three match day 17 encounter, when they drew one-all with Accra City Stars FC at the Oda Sports Stadium.
The home team scored the first goal through their talisman Richard Dzikoe in the first half of the match and were able to maintain the lead till the end of the half.
However, Accra City Stars who were bent on taking a point back home surprised the home team when they equalised through Mohammed Mankuyeli to draw even.
Every effort from the home team to win the game proved futile as the away team was not ready to concede any goal, but maintained their composure till the end of the 90 minutes.
Kotoku Royals is third on the zone three league table with 32 points and is hoping to make amends when they play their next opponents Agbozume Weavers FC in match day 18 at Sogakope.
