Accra, Nov.01, GNA—An Accra Juvenile and Family Court has remanded Elrad Salifu Amoako into custody for his involvement in the fatal car crash at East Legon on October 12, 2024.
The crash led to the death of two persons.
A police statement said Elrad, 16 years of age, was put before the Court on Friday on eight counts, including the offence of manslaughter.
He was subsequently remanded by the Court to a correction centre to reappear on November 7, 2024.
The Court ordered that the juvenile’s travelling documents be deposited with it (Court).
