Sefwi-Akontombra (WN/R), Aug. 6, GNA – The Sefwi-Akontombra District Office of the Electoral Commission has registered 185 new voters after the three-day mop-up registration exercise.
Mr Tony Mensah Baine, the District Electoral Officer, told the Ghana News Agency that the figure represents 107 males and 78 females.
Two males were also challenged in the process, he said.
Mr Baine expressed satisfaction with the three-day exercise and commended all the major stakeholders for ensuring a peaceful process.
