Accra, July 16, GNA – Four Nigerian superstars – Boy Spyce, Magixx, Ladipoe and Crayon signed to Don Jazzy’s record label, “The Mavin Records”, are set to headline a musical concert in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
The concert which would be the first of its kind in KNUST, would make history at the Independence Hall of the University on August 20, powered by Elevate Network.
Elevate Network hosts the annual Power of You Festival, which aims to instil entrepreneurial ideals in young people through summits, concerts, talent performances, competitions, and other activities.
A statement copied to the Ghana News Agency, said Elevate Network sought to organise young people to assist them in realising their desired objectives by using the Mavins Experience.
The event would be preceded by an entrepreneurial summit on August 19, with a host of well acknowledged speakers, such as Mr John Kumah, the Deputy Finance Minister, and Mr Franklin Owusu Karikari, the Director for Business Support at NEIP.
The next night, the statement said, would be capped off with scorching performances from the Nigerian superstars and a few other well-known Ghanaian artists.
The “Overdose” hitmakers would also perform their solo singles, including “feeling” by Ladipoe, “love don’t cost a dime” by Magixx, “So fine” by Crayon, and “Nobody” by Boy Spyce, among others.
Surprise appearances are also expected to occur at the concert.
