UPSA VC pays courtesy visit to Prof Alabi

Accra, April 5, GNA – The management of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), led by the Vice-Chancellor (VC), Professor John Kwaku Mensah Mawutor, has paid a courtesy visit to the University’s first Vice-Chancellor, Prof Joshua Alabi, at his residence in Accra. 

Prof Alabi, in a statement, noted that the visit was part of the new VC’s ongoing stakeholder engagements with former leaders, aimed at fostering institutional continuity and drawing on the expertise of those who had contributed to UPSA’s transformation. 

Prof Mawutor thanked Prof Alabi for his unwavering support over the years and acknowledged his critical role in laying the foundation for the institution’s current success. 

Prof Alabi expressed appreciation to the management team for the thoughtful engagement and commended the Vice-Chancellor for his dynamic and forward-looking leadership. 

He expressed confidence in Prof Mawutor’s competence and experience to steer UPSA into its next phase of growth and international recognition.
