Kadjebi (O/R), April 18, GNA-Mr. Anthony Kwame Agortimevor, Kadjebi District Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) Vice Chairman, has declared interest in the District GNAT Chairmanship.
In a letter titled “Declaration of Intent”, which was copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he stated, “I, Anthony Kwame Agortimevor humbly declare my intention to contest for the position of Kadjebi District GNAT Chairman in the upcoming District Level Election.”
He mentioned that he has served the union diligently in the past 19 years at various levels and therefore deserves to be elected as Chairman.
The GNAT Vice chairman added that with his vast experience, he looks forward to building a vibrant and dynamic union at the district level and that he would also promote the welfare and rights of teachers if elected as Chair.
Mr. Agortimevor, who is the Kadjebi District Budget Officer of the Ghana Education Service, stated that he would provide credible and competent leadership and ensure that there is unity and inclusivity.
He therefore urged everyone to vote him on May 27, 2025, as Kadjebi District GNAT Chairman.
