Youth motivated to pursue their goals with persistence and commitment

Accra, March 31, GNA – Mr. Ibrahim Kwame Asante, International Trainer and Peak Performance Coach, has encouraged young people to remain persistent and committed to achieving their goals and aspirations.

He underscored the need for dedication, cautioning against shortcuts to success, and asserting, “Young people must go through the mill. Things take time and you sow before you reap. You need to plan, prepare and be ready to learn and pay the price.”

Mr. Asante made these remarks during the Timekeeping Dialogue series, organized by Transformation Leadership Concepts, a behavioral and attitudinal change advocacy group, in Accra.

The initiative was launched to tackle chronic lateness and promote a better timekeeping culture in Ghana.

Highlighting the mental and emotional readiness required for success, Mr. Asante stated, “Proper preparation promote peak performance.”

He also stressed the importance of believing in oneself and one’s abilities to overcome challenges.

The Reverend Charlotte Quagraine, Resident Pastor at ICGC Joy Temple Kaneshie, advised individuals to write down their goals and plans to stay motivated.

“We need to clarify our goals. Our goals should be clear. Take time to plan and think of what else can be achieved when things are not working,” she added.

She urged young people to avoid discouragement or intimidation from others while pursuing their aspirations.
