Finance Minister turns heads with Horseman’s minimalist leather briefcase
Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, the Minister for Finance, arrives at Parliament House carrying a Horseman minimalist handmade leather briefcase, which contains the Budget Document he would present to the House.
