Accra, Feb 10, GNA – Lifecard Academy has launched its 9to5 Compendium Training Programme, an initiative dedicated to transforming workplace culture and re-engineering the mindset of professionals for greater productivity and fulfillment in Accra.
The 9to5 Compendium was born from the book 9to5 Is Not a Scam by Mrs Grace Ofure, which addresses common misconceptions about 9to5 jobs and highlights how individuals can leverage their careers for financial growth, skill development, and long-term success.
Mrs Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, also known as Grace Ofure, a Nigerian Economist, Businesswoman, Real Estate Expert, and Philanthropist, speaking at the official media launch of the 9to5 Compendium Training Initiative in Accra, recommended “9To5 Is Not A Scam Compendium” to both public sector and private sector organisations, as well as entrepreneurs seeking to scale up their productivity.
Mrs Ibhakhomu, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Lifecard International Investment Limited, said the training programme sought to teach both employers and employees how to be at work and be excited about their job.
She noted that it envisaged how to create empowerment for excellence; and that it was a transformative and all-encompassing training programme crafted to enhance business operations and management.
Madam Nkechi Akunyili, Founder/Chief Executive Officer, Access View Africa, said the training initiative was designed to provide professionals, youth, and corporate leaders with the mindset shift, financial intelligence, and strategic skills needed to thrive in today’s workplace.
She said in every organization productivity was an issue and the book, “9to5 Is Not a Scam Compendium” comes in, because one had to be happy with what he or she was doing to be able to offer his or her best for productivity to increase.
Dr Stephen Antwi, the Director of Studies and Training at the National Banking College (NBC), said turning a book into a programme was exciting and that the 9to5 programme was something everyone should embrace because it came out of the powerful book “9to5 Is Not A Scam Compendium”.
He reiterated that whatever the mind could conceive could be achieved.
