Twifo Praso (C/R), Feb. 25, GNA – Mr James Prah, the Twifo Atti Morkwa National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) Constituency Organiser, has appealed to all Ghanaians to unite and support government’s efforts to reset the country.
He said the President alone could not achieve that goal without the collaboration of all citizens.

Mr Prah made the call when he presented 15 packets of roofing sheets to the Twifo Atti-Morkwa District Education Directorate on behalf of the Member of Parliament for the Area, Mr Theophilus Vondee and the NDC Constituency Chairman, Mr Hakim Addei, who also doubles as Central Region’s representative of the Council of State.
The donation is their contribution towards the rehabilitation of three basic schools affected by a recent rainstorm disaster that ripped of their roofs.
The schools, Praso Methodist A/B Basic School, Praso Sacola Park, and Praso A/D Basic School, were severely damaged, leaving students without a conducive learning environment.
Mr Prah emphasised the need for collective action, urging chiefs, politicians, and the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) to put aside their differences and help work together to develop the country, particularly the Twifo Atti-Morkwa Constituency.

Mr Benjamin Asare, representing the Twifo Atti District Education Director, Mrs Augustina Atakorah, received the donation and expressed gratitude to the donors.
He also appealed to the Twifo Atti Morkwa District Assembly to provide additional support to complete the roofing of the schools.
The Twifo Atti Morkwa District Coordinating Director, Mr Awah Swahili, for his part, reminded schools to fully participate in the upcoming Green Ghana Day initiative aimed at promoting tree planting in schools to help prevent rainstorm disasters.
The initiative is also to promote sustainable environmental.
