Accra, Jan 10, GNA – Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, the Minister of Defence, on Monday paid a working visit to the Ghana Air Force Headquarters (AFHQ) at Burma Camp in Accra.
This visit, his first since assuming office, was part of the Minister’s familiarisation tour of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF).
It aimed to provide him with insights into the operations and strategic priorities of the military.
Dr. Boamah engaged with the Chief of the Defence Staff, Service Chiefs, and Senior Military Officers during the visit.
The leadership of the Ghana Air Force expressed optimism about his collaboration and support for the Air Force throughout his tenure.
