Accra, Feb. 20, GNA – The Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) has been charged to deliver excellence services amid disciplined in their professional development.
Mr Rockson Dogbegah, Executive Chairman of Bedrock Group of Companies, who was speaking at the 25th annual opening conference of CIAMC, said that administrators played a crucial role in the development of organizations and adapting to punctuality, good ethics and good code of practice would propel administrators to deliver excellently in their work.
The conference was on the theme: “Celebrating 25 Years of Excellence in Administration and Management Consultancy Practice”.
Mr Dogbegah said to achieve excellence, administrators were required to undertake lifelong learning and continuous improvement to deliver value and maintain relevance.
He encouraged them to establish clear goals aligned with long term objectives, use tools like SWOT analysis and balance scorecards.
He called on human resource personnel and administrators to leverage on artificial intelligence, adapt to new trends to drive innovation and meet international standards.
He said skilled professionals led to effective job growth, hence they must focus on client-centered satisfaction and implement robust feedback mechanisms.
Dr Dogbegah said global markets demanded high-quality services and innovative thinking, therefore embracing global best practices and emerging technologies was needed to put administrators ahead.
Ehunabobrim Prah Agyensaim, Board Chairman of CIAMC, said administration was not just about formalities but creating an impact in society and charged administrators to be accountable to their clients for organizational and personal growth.
Mrs. Hannah Ampomea Coffie, Deputy CEO, CIAMC, outlining the activities for the year, said there would be workshops, seminars, community engagements, conferences, and consultancy sessions, among others.
