Bechem, (Ahafo), Feb. 26, GNA – The Bchem St. Joseph College of Education (JOSCO) in the Tano South Municipality of the Ahafo Region has held its matriculation for the 2024/2025 academic year, admitting 383 teacher trainees to pursue various courses.
Addressing trainees at a ceremony held at Bechem, Dr Isaac Godfred Antwi, the Principal of the College, said the new trainees comprised 180 males and 203 females, saying in all 3,542 applicants applied for the admission.
They constituted the 7th batch of trainees for the new Bachelor of Education programmes of the college.
Dr Antwi advised them to remain disciplined saying, without discipline, the trainees could not achieve their academic and life successes.
The principal also reminded them of the ideologies and philosophies of the college, saying the college was founded on Catholic principles and values and urged the trainees to comply with the college’s code of conduct.
