Nkwanta (O/R), Jan 03, GNA – Pastor Vincent Quam, the Sabon District Pastor of the Church of Pentecost in the Nkwanta South Municipality in the Oti Region has urged Christians to take a moment to reflect on the past year and make necessary amendments to align their lives with God’s plans.

In new year message, he said it was crucial for God’s people to take stock of their lives and make conscious decisions to align themselves with the will of God.

Pastor Quam said people of God must acknowledge their mistakes, learn from them and make amends where necessary.

He emphasised that reflection and self-examination were crucial steps in the journey of faith, allowing Christians to identify areas where they may have strayed from God’s path.

“By reflecting on our actions, attitudes and decisions, we can identify the ways in which we may have fallen short of God’s standards, that will help us to make positive changes, seek forgiveness and make amends with those we may have wronged, ” the Pastor said.

Pastor Quam encouraged Christians to approach the new year with a sense of humility, recognising that they are not perfect and that they need God’s guidance and direction.
