Sunyani, Dec. 09, GNA – Mr Ransford Antwi, an Independent Parliamentary Candidate in the Sunyani East Constituency has expressed gratitude to the electorates, though he lost the parliamentary Elections.
“We fought so hard and gave everything, but it wasn’t enough because those who were going to be the real beneficiaries of the project didn’t support it in the end,” he stated in a statement, copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA).
“To everyone who supported this project, the team Ransford Antwi, my wife and children, my Mum, Brothers, Sisters, family and friends are eternally grateful for the push, financially, spiritually and physically,” the statement stated.
“It was to win or win agenda and indeed even though we lost we won against the impunity that encircled Sunyani,” the statement added.
