Deeper Life Church Pastor urges Christians to go out and vote on December 7

By Dennis Peprah

Abesim, (Bono), Dec. 1, GNA – Pastor Paul Adu-Adjei, the Abesim District Pastor of the Deeper Life Bible Church in the Bono Region, has urged Christians to go all out in their numbers and exercise their franchise on Saturday, December 7.

He said God expected all Christians to go to the polls on election day and vote to elect God-fearing leaders with high integrity into government.

He said voting is not a sin before God.

However, Pastor Adu-Adjei advised Christians against meddling themselves actively in political party campaigns, but  instead, should channel their exuberances into winning souls and advancing the Kingdom of God.

He gave the advice when he interacted with the members of the church on Election 2024, after a Sunday worship service of the church at Abesim.

He reminded the youth below 18 years that they were not eligible to vote, besides, it remained a sinful and serious offence for them to participate in the general election.

He therefore, cautioned the minor against the temptation of participating in the elections and thereby fetching troubles for themselves unnecessarily.

Pastor Adu-Adjei asked the eligible voters of the church to vote on merit by critically examining the proposed policies of the various political parties and presidential candidates as well as the parliamentary candidates they thought could bring remarkable improvement in their lives.
