Accra, Oct. 28, GNA – The Ghana Police Service says it is closing in on the perpetrator of a shooting incident that occurred during a political campaign event in the Agona West Constituency in the Central Region on Sunday evening.
Four people sustained injuries in the incident.
According to a police statement, two of the injured have been treated and discharged, while the other two remain hospitalised and are receiving medical care.
The Police said it had been actively working on the case since Sunday to apprehend the perpetrator and bring him to justice.
