Sunyani, Oct. 20, GNA – Professor Samuel Yeboah, the Dean, Faculty of Business and Management Studies, Sunyani Technical University, has urged the electorates to vote for Mr Ransford Antwi, an Independent Parliamentary Candidate (PC) in Sunyani East constituency for the purpose of development.

Describing the PC as selfless, he said he “believes that the people of Sunyani East will beautifully honour their own on December 7, crown him as their new Member of Parliament.

“We all remember how he galvanized support to put up a decent Dressing Room at the Sunyani Coronation Park and named it the People’s Project, his Sunyani Deserves Better Demonstration leading to the re-opening of Sunyani Airport, supporting BA United and Bofoakwa Football Clubs to qualify for the Premier League, among others”.

In an interview with the media in Sunyani, he said “Mr Antwi is an embodiment of the true Sunyani and Bono spirit, who through many years of sacrifices and selflessness, has stuck with his people, in good and bad times, and therefore, deserves a special honour”.

“Sunyani East as a special constituency deserves a special person like him, whose love and passion for the people has never been in any doubt”, he stated.

“The PC is an example for every young person in Sunyani and the Bono Region and for him to decide to step out to contest for his people is a testament to how deeply he cares about his people”.

“I sincerely believe that Mr Antwi would be a great MP for Sunyani East because I know what he can do. He cares deeply about his people and has been selflessly and single-handedly standing with the people throughout his life and people like him deserve to be rewarded by their people”, Prof Asuamah indicated.
