Cape Coast, Oct. 30, GNA – Students from the three competing schools in the 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz are brimming with confidence as they anticipate taking home the coveted prize in this year’s competition.
The atmosphere outside and inside the New Examination Centre at the University of Cape Coast, the chosen venue for the grand finale, is charged with excitement and anticipation as the much-awaited event is set to begin.
Hundreds of students and alumni from Mfantsipim School, St. Augustine’s College, and Keta Senior High Technical School (SHTS) have gathered at the forecourt of the venue, eagerly vying for access to the examination center.
With two of the finalist schools, Mfantsipim and St. Augustine’s, acting as hosts for Keta SHTS, the grounds have turned into an arena for spirited rivalry and camaraderie.
As Mfantsipim School and St. Augustine’s College engage in a lively Jama competition, trading playful taunts, Keta SHTS, representing the Volta Region, appears unfazed, watching their competitors calmly from the sidelines.
Despite the spirited exchanges, all three schools maintain unwavering confidence in their chances of claiming the ultimate prize in what promises to be an intense contest.
