Dambai (O/R) Oct 18, GNA- Mr Nelson Kofi Djabab, the parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Krachi East constituency, has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to the development of the Oti Region with a promise to build a regional hospital.
Mr Djabab gave the promise at Krachi East during an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), explaining that the party truly cared about their well-being.
He said the NDC’s flagbearer, Mr John Dramani Mahama was dedicated to improving the healthcare infrastructure in the region, and it was part of the party’s broader development agenda, which prioritised the need of marginalized communities.
He said the NDC will build a durable and sustainable hospital for the people.
He said the hospital will increase access to healthcare services, reducing the need for residents to travel to other neighboring Districts, Municipals and regions for medical care.
Mr Djabab urged constituents to support Mr Mahama’s presidential bid for a better future, and explained that Mahama’s vision aligned with his own goals for Krachi East’s development.
He believed that by supporting Mr Mahama, Krachi East will benefit from transformative policy proposals which include the 24-hour economy Policy, the Women’s Development Bank and the establishment of Farmer Service Centres.
