Kadjebi (O/R), Oct 20, GNA-Members of Ladies Network for Dr. Bawumia in the Akan Constituency of the Oti Region, has been charged to connect well to garner enough votes during the December 7 polls.
Ms. Abigail Obenewah, President for Ladies Network for Dr. Bawumia, Oti Region, told the women “to connect to the right signal” for the Party to secure enough votes in the Oti region for a resounding victory come December 7.
She advised them to eschew complacency, but rather engage in house-to-house and bed-to-bed campaign for a one touch victory for the Party.
Hajia Murjanet Ibrahim, an Aide to the Second Lady, Mrs. Samira Bawumia, said “it’s Christians who brought Dr. Bawumia, so if Muslims refused to endorse him, then it will be their own loss.
She, therefore, urged Muslims to turn out in their numbers and cast their votes for their own brother, Dr. Bawumia come December 7.
Mr. Maxwell Kofi Asiedu, former District Chief Executive for Kadjebi, asked the NPP supporters to convert NDC members to the Party by telling them the good works of the NPP government.
He said the introduction of Free Senior High School (FSHS) policy, Agenda 111 Hospital projects, among others should be explained to their opponents for them to be convinced to join the Party.
Mr. Asiedu said though victory was assured, they could not win without others voting for the Party.
Ladies Network for Dr. Bawumia is a campaign group canvassing vote for the NPP Presidential candidates, Dr Mahamadu Bawumia.
