B&P Associates celebrates a decade of impact and empowerment

Accra, Oct. 28, GNA – B&P Associates as part of its 10th Anniversary Celebrations has undertaken a number of activities to impact and empower the community.

The Law Firm donated to the National Centre for Radiotherapy at Korle-Bu, organised thanksgiving Church Service and soiree for its stakeholders in Accra.

The celebrations was on the theme: “Impact and Empowerment.”

A statement issued in Accra said B&P Associates had built a niche and was renowned as one of the leading corporate and commercial law specialists in Ghana.

It said the firm boasts of an array of vibrant, often dual-qualified lawyers and its principal was a certified Insolvency Practitioner and an Insolvency Consultant to the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group.

Mrs Adelaide Benneh Prempeh, Managing Partner of B&P said “We are proud to celebrate this milestone, which is a celebration of our resilience, our commitment to empowerment and more importantly gratitude to our clients for trusting us with their needs.”

She said B&P believed law firms in Ghana were critical in driving economic growth, and the firm’s strategy was to develop deep capacity and attract top talent to achieve this.

“B&P leads the way in the growing number of law firms prioritizing good citizenship and corporate social responsibility,” she said.

She said the firm had a track record of supporting several social causes including its recent donation to the National Centre for Radiotherapy.

Mrs. Benneh Prempeh affirmed the firm’s determination to lead the way in being part of efforts to scale up and grow the Ghanaian Legal industry, working to ensure that young and upcoming lawyers were empowered and have the right capacity to position Ghana as the hub for legal services in Africa.

She said the firm intended to roll- out a number of lectures, moot courts and other client appreciation activities, during its anniversary year.

Mr Christian Odame, a Member of the Firm said “the theme of our celebrations outline our core value systems that drive our CSR.”

He said they believed in UBUNTU and were clear that impact and empowerment was not only a function of commercial success, but also how they were able to impact their wider communities and networks.
