Kpeve (V/R) Sept. 10, GNA- Mr Godwin Kwame Dadzawa, South Dayi District Chief Executive has filed his nomination form to contest the South Dayi Parliamentary seat.

He said serving at the Parliamentary level was a unique conduit for expanding his leadership frontier, securing standard development for the people, and helping place the image of the area on the national map.

Mr Dadzawa promised to bring massive socio-economic transformation to the area, create job opportunities for all and ensure that the constituency belongs to the league of affluent constituencies in the country.

The DCE said decades of erstwhile leadership had barely impacted the needs and aspirations of the people and therefore asked the electorate to vote massively for the New Patriotic Party come December 7.

He said due to the intervention of the NPP-led administration the district could boast of a number of critical amenities and infrastructure that were key in bringing positive changes in the lives of the people.

Mr Dadzawa said the water and sanitation situation in the area had improved significantly with several boreholes constructed for communities including Kpogbonikope, Dzemeni, Dzakiti, Wugbadzi, Kpatsaxoe, Tsiyinu, and Toh-Kpalime.

The DCE said the NPP administration had also improved the road network in the district such as the Peki Government Hospital Road, the 1911 road, the Bob Marley Road, Dei Ga Palace Road and the Kpeve lorry station.

Mr Dadzawa said most health facilities in the area had been supplied with essential medical supplies and equipment and work had also begun on the District Hospital under Agenda 111.

The DCE said they had transformed the Kpeve market with new lockable stores, a market shed and a completed fence wall, and most schools in the area had also received instructional materials to enhance teaching and learning.

“The water projects within the Tongor-Kaira-Kpali enclave, in collaboration with the Ghana Water Company Limited are ensuring that no family in these communities is left behind when it comes to access to clean water,” he said.

“The construction of the Astroturf at Peki Dzake, the automation of the premix fuel station, and the new community centre are all projects that exemplify an endless commitment to improving lives,” he added.

Mr Dadzawa asked the party faithful to continue to preach the good work of the NPP to the people and urged the voters to give the party another opportunity to continue to transform the country.
