Accra, Sept. 10, GNA—FanMilk Ghana has appointed four new professionals to key roles within the Company to strengthen its leadership team.
They are Madam Gloria Ofori; Brand Manager-FanMilk Ghana, Mr Kenneth Aidam; Communication Manager FanMilk West Africa, Mr Yaw Darko; Marketing Manager FanMilk Ghana and Mr Andrews Bodom; Human Resource Manager, FanMilk Ghana.
A statement issued in Accra said these professionals bring a diverse range of expertise and industry experience that was expected to significantly enhance the company’s operations and market presence.
It said Madam Ofori joined FanMilk as the Brands Manager for Ice Cream, bringing with her a rich background in marketing across multiple industries and for her previous role as Market Activator for brands in West and Central Africa saw her successfully implement regional brand strategies across Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Cameroon.
Her leadership in launching new flavours, spearheading cost-saving initiatives, and championing sustainability projects has earned her a reputation for driving impactful change.
It said in her new role at FanMilk, Madam Ofori was poised to leverage her extensive experience to further strengthen the company’s ice cream brand portfolio, ensuring it continues to resonate with consumers across the region.
The statement said Mr Aidam had been appointed as the Communications Manager for West Africa, a role in which he would draw upon his extensive experience in developing and executing strategic communications, sustainability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
Mr Aidam’s career spans the FMCG, non-profit, petroleum, and financial services sectors, where he has been instrumental in aligning communications strategies with core business objectives to drive long-term value.
His previous achievements include leading the development of initiatives that have significantly enhanced organizational reputation and stakeholder engagement.
At FanMilk, Mr Aidam would be tasked with driving the company’s communication efforts, ensuring alignment with its sustainability goals, and enhancing its corporate image across West Africa.
Mr Darko, the new Marketing Manager for Refreshments, brings a wealth of experience from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
He has a proven track record in strategic planning, category management, and brand development.
His notable accomplishments include significantly increasing brand awareness, managing large-scale consumer promotions, and successfully penetrating new markets.
He said Mr Darko’s strategic insights and innovative approach would be critical as FanMilk seeks to expand its market share and introduce new, refreshing snacking options to its customers.
It said Mr Bodom joined the team as the Human Resources Manager, with over 15 years of experience in HR across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and professional services.
Throughout his career, Mr Bodom has been known for developing and implementing HR policies that promote legal compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.
His expertise in human resource management will be invaluable as FanMilk continues to grow and seeks to attract and retain top talent in the region.
The addition of these four leaders marks a significant step in FanMilk Ghana’s journey towards enhancing its operational efficiency, expanding its market reach, and delivering high-quality products to its customers.
